2) What are your individual thoughts on Banning smoking in public areas?

As a matter of fact, government uses all tax payers’ money to build lots public facilities. I talk with lots of smokers on this problem. pay extremely high tax on smoking. Most of smokers told me that also they are tax payers too, but they don’t have the right to they have rights to smoke in the public areas because of selling and buying cigarettes both are legally; however, as taxpayers, they are ot only unable to enjoy the benefits of paying the extra tax but they are also deprived of the freedom of smoking in the public areas. I think we should allow them to smoke in certain area. For example, certain area can be use for smoking purpose. Especially, during the winter time, they don’t have to smoke outside of the building, it is good for their health.
